The job description/responsibilities are as follows:

Property management/Real estate investment company looking for entry level office position to handle a diverse range of tasks. Responsibilities to include:

Reception duties:
-Processing incoming mail and maintaining paper and electronic filing system
-Light reception duties directing incoming calls
-Purchasing office supplies

Accounting/Bookkeeping duties:
-Bookkeeping using Quickbooks 2007
-Preparing payroll for 3 staff and preparing T4 slips at end of year
-Preparing individual property financial statements for approximately 40 properties
-Preparing working papers for accountant as needed

Property management responsibilities:
-Coordinating utility setup with Epcor, Direct energy and Shaw Cable
-Coordinating tenant needs with other property managers and/or maintenance staff
-Analysis of property management statements and preparation of spreadsheet reports using Microsoft excel

Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as have some experience with accounting software. Having a vehicle is an asset.

Its a Fulltime job 40 hours a week. Pay will be $13 - $18 per hour based on experience.Candidates should submit resumes to Siddhi sprabhu@westpointcapital.ca
