Warranty Smarts Inc. is built on the idea that the residential building industry takes advantage of new homebuyers and new homeowners by not providing the proper education or guidance that you would expect from a professional organization, the home builder. Warranty Smarts Inc. is designed to EDUCATE, ASSIST REPRESENT the new homebuyer with the purchase of their new home.

Warranty Smarts Inc. has been featured on the Dave Rutherford Radio Show as well as two Edmonton Journal articles by Darcy Henton explaining how the Residential Construction Industry needs to improve.

In order to help the potential buyer even further Warranty Smarts Inc. has decided to take their services to the next step by creating a new division - Residential Site Management Services.

Our Site Management Services are designed to help the homeowner that has always wanted to build their own home but does not have the experience or knowledge to take on such a task. There is no mark up in price, you pay for the value of the work and not the market value of the home. Why pay for the builders profit when you can do it yourself and save that money!

- What we offer is 15 years of residential construction experience which is all aspects of the industry; on site building the homes, in the office providing the service and warranty and in the field as a regional building inspector inspecting the homes during the various construction stages.

- We offer trades that are trusted in the industry, who treat your home as if it was their own.

- 42 homes built and completed over the past two years in Leduc, Beaumont and Edmonton.
