As a Field Administrator on one of our project sites in
the Bonnyville/Cold Lake region, you will be:
• Entering daily machine and time tickets into custom
costing/billing database.
• Reviewing field tickets and invoices for accuracy and
completeness.
• Reviewing and process third party tickets and invoices.
• Ensuring all projects costs are charged out or accounted
for completely.
• Issuing and tracking purchase orders.
• Conducting basic statistical analysis and reporting as
required by the Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Assisting in logistics coordination, including making
worker schedules and travel arrangements.
• Providing general administrative assistance as
necessary, including word processing and filing.

You have:
• The ability to work 10-12 hour days.
• A strong desire to provide top-notch customer service to
both clients and staff members.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills. Strong Excel
skills are a must.
• Excellent organizational ability.
• Great attention to detail.
• A positive, helpful attitude.
• Accounting training and/or experience (would be an
asset).
• A clean driver’s abstract is a must.
