Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
