Stock tires with GMC hubcaps, 8 bolt.. 245/75/16 on the front, 265/75/16 on the back, I have two more 245s on rims that come with the truck.

Truck runs fine, bit of lifter noise. New valve cover gaskets, air filter, battery, starter, radiator, fuel pump, brake master cylinder, front passenger caliper, front brake pads, block heater and cord. Transmission has been replaced with one out of a 1982, and had valve body rebuilt recently. New alternator, pitman arm, idler arm, 82 steering box and column, Grant steering wheel. I have brand new GM door skins, brand new rocker panels, and a driver side floor pan that also come with the truck, picked up some carpet at the wreckers which is in good shape, spare tail light covers, dash bezel, wiring harness, and a few other parts.
